The hydraulic system of the concrete mixer truck is the core of the operation of the top part of the entire mixer truck. The author engaged in the whole process of mixing, welding, assembly, painting, delivery, sales, and after-sales of mixer trucks. If it is said that once the hydraulic system fails, rescue will not be timely, then it will cause the concrete to condense in the mixing tank, causing great losses.

First, talk about the requirements of hydraulic oil for concrete mixer trucks:

After the customer purchases the concrete mixer truck, the general refitting manufacturer will give the user a copy of the operation manual, and this operation manual will clearly indicate the requirements for gear oil and hydraulic oil. For the hydraulic system, in principle, anti-wear hydraulic oil of 68# is used in summer, anti-wear hydraulic oil of 46# should be used in winter, and low-temperature anti-wear hydraulic oil of 32# should be used in cold area. The advantage of this is that at any time, the circulation of the oil in the hydraulic system will be smoother, and the hydraulic oil system will not function properly because the consistency of the low temperature or high temperature oil will not be achieved.

Gearbox refill gear oil, general label VG150 It is also possible to add efficient gear oils such as Shell, which are filled with gearboxes.

Note: It is forbidden to mix different types of gear oils of different brands.

Under normal circumstances, the first replacement of hydraulic oil and gear oil should be within one month or 400 hours from the date of purchase. This will ensure better after-sales and hydraulic system operation. Once, a customer told me that he hadn’t changed oil since he bought the car until now (2 years), and the vehicle was still operating properly. I do not deny that this kind of thing exists, but I haven’t saved thousands of dollars in time for the oil change. When the bad time is not a few thousand, I can solve it. The typical corruption suffers a big loss. According to my incomplete statistics, 95% of the hydraulic system damage was caused by the failure to replace the hydraulic oil in time. After the first change, it is not a big problem to replace it basically every six months or even one year. In the middle, pay attention to the cooling indicator on the hydraulic fan. If any oil is found to be a problem, it should be replaced immediately.

Note that the filter element needs to be replaced while changing the oil.

Second, talk about daily maintenance of concrete hydraulic system

1. Before the mixer starts working, please check the oil level indicator of the hydraulic oil such as the case and reducer oil window and the color of the oil, and fill or replace the oil according to the situation.

2. When the mixer truck is working, check the hydraulic oil tank filter and vacuum gauge to prevent the filter element from excessive oil return resistance due to poor oil quality. If excessive resistance is found, the filter element should be replaced to replace the hydraulic oil.

3, always check the oil pump and motor, check the connection site is not a hydraulic oil leakage, the interface is loose (especially the hydraulic pump suction line is easy to loose intake, resulting in noise and the system tank breathing outlet to the outside)

4. The radiator of the hydraulic system is kept clean on the surface to ensure good heat dissipation.

5, in the cold start (especially the winter) to run at least 20 minutes before loading.

6. Put the hydraulic pump's operating lever in the middle position each time it starts.

7. Do not push the tug when operating the hydraulic pump. When you want to change the direction, be sure to stay in the middle for more than 5 seconds.

8. For the new car to use for 50 hours, the bolts on the fixed pump and motor and reducer must be imprisoned.

9. When you encounter poor road conditions, be careful to avoid damage to the reducer main bearings.

10. Pay attention to whether the fan rotates during summer use.

Third, emergency treatment

If you find that the hydraulic system is faulty, such as increased noise, but no metal impact sound, you need to check the oil, temperature. If necessary, stop at the service station to check. If there is a metal impact sound, please report it immediately; if you find that there are more serious problems, just happen to have concrete in the car, be sure to repair it in time, or find two high-pressure emergency fuel pipes, and pick up concrete materials from other cars. .
