China Drying Network The Ministry of Environmental Protection is in the process of publicizing the sixth batch of approvals for the "Environmental Management Registration Certificate for New Chemical Substances". The publicity time is July 24-26. The products publicly announced include 1,1',7-trichloro-1-hepten-3-one declared by Xing Xing Pesticides (China) Co., Ltd., and alkoxy-multiples declared by Linhai Liansheng Chemical Co., Ltd. Alkyl propionamide, 2-propylheptyl octanoate as declared by BASF (China) Co., Ltd., and (halogenated arylalkylene)-polyalkylcycloalkanone as declared by Jiangsu Huifeng Agrochemical Co., Ltd. 8 8 types of new chemical substances declared by the family unit.
It is understood that in order to control the environmental risks of new chemical substances, protect human health, and protect the ecological environment, the Measures for the Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances will come into effect on October 15, 2010. The new chemical substances mentioned in the Measures refer to chemical substances that are not listed in the “Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in Chinaâ€. Producers or importers of new chemical substances must declare before the production or before the import, and obtain a new chemical substance environmental management registration certificate. New chemical substances without a registration certificate are prohibited from production, import, processing and use. New chemical substances that do not obtain a registration certificate or have not been filed for registration shall not be used for scientific research.
