China Formulates the Most Influential Award for Tyre International Standard Declaration
It is reported that "China is leading the drafting of the first batch of international standards for tire RFID" and has officially declared "2016 China's RFID industry's most influential annual event award." This event refers to the April 4 to 29, 2016, 4 international standards pre-launching conferences for RFID electronic labels for tires, held in Qingdao, Shandong Province. These four standards were drafted by the chief editor of Soft Control Co., Ltd. and many organizations and units from all over the world participated in the drafting. The four international standards were applied for in June 2015. During the three-month global public voting of the member countries of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), they received active support from all parties and formally established the project in ISO on October 6, 2015. Subsequently, ISO/TC31/WG10 (International Organization for Standardization/Tire, Rim & Valve Technical Committee/Tires RFID RFID Working Group) was established. The convenor of the working group was Dong Lanfei from China Software Control Co., Ltd., who jointly convened Pierre Loiret from Michelin in France. Participants of the Qingdao Pre-launch Conference, including the National Tire Rim Standardization Technical Committee from China, Wang Kexian, Li Shuhuan, Michelin (China) Investment Co., Ltd. Xu Shuliang, Lu Wei, Software Control Co., Ltd. Zheng Jiangjia, Chen Haijun, Dong Lanfei, Shenzhen Jinruiming Technology Co., Ltd. Xu Aijun. Also included are Saihong Jinyu Group Co., Ltd. Gao Jiangang, Triangle Tire Co., Ltd. Jin Chengguang, Wan Li Tire Co., Ltd. Yang Xiaoguang and other Chinese experts, as well as French Michelin experts Pierre Loiret and Philippe Lallement. The four international standards are the first official ISO serialization international standards for the tire industry in China and the first international standard for electronic products for tires. Its drafting will speed up the application of RFID technology in tires and contribute to the technical progress of the tire industry. It is of great significance.
