Tianhua won the bid for large-scale concentrated sulfuric acid cooler project

Gansu Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. built a new nickel smelting project supporting sulfuric acid plant core unit equipment - dry suction section concentrated acid cooler, in a number of global professional production enterprises in the fierce bidding, on September 14 unveiled, Tianhua Chemical Machinery and Automated research and design institute won the bid.

The newly-built nickel smelting project is the largest individual project in Jinchuan Group's history. The project is designed to treat 1 million tons of nickel concentrate annually. It adopts an advanced oxygen-enriched top-blown immersion gun melt smelting technology and blowing technology. After the completion of the project, Jinchuan Group will increase production of high-ice nickel 65,000 tons and 700,000 tons of sulfuric acid each year. The large-scale concentrated sulphuric acid cooler project won by the Tianhua Institute was the successful bid for the 600,000 tons of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid produced by Yunnan Sanhuan Zhonghua Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Sanhuan Chemical Co., Ltd. this year. Furui Chemical Co., Ltd. 800,000 tons of sulfuric acid, Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd. 300,000 tons of copper smelting flue gas acid, Guiyang Sinochem Phosphate Fertilizer Co., Ltd. 500,000 tons of sulfuric acid and 800,000 tons of sulfuric acid, etc. Another major achievement after the project.
