Experts predict that during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, the development of petrochemical valves will focus on the development of new types of auxiliary valves for major petrochemical, oil and gas gathering and transmission lines, and coal liquefaction projects, such as the cracking of ethylene units of 800,000 tons or more. The demand for high-temperature valves, large-diameter high-pressure ball valves, large-diameter oil pipeline ball valves, and low-temperature valves for liquefied natural gas for furnace outlet pipelines will increase significantly. It is expected that the total demand for the valve industry during the “Eleventh Five-year Plan” will reach 34.5 billion yuan. Thirdly, the internal and external leakage of the valve should be strengthened, strict mechanical processing technology, and vigorously develop and promote new types of sealing materials, improve the accuracy of key parts of the product processing, extend product life, so that the valve "a short two leakage" phenomenon has been fundamentally improved.
