A new type of coal mine industrial equipment - CX200 type press forming machine has been successfully tested in Shandong Laiwu Machinery Factory recently.
The machine adopts 37kW AC motor, which is driven by the pneumatic clutch to rotate the flywheel and transmitted to the stamping arm through the speed reducer. At the same time, the speed reducer synchronously drives the mold drum parts to perform indexing rotation to realize stamping molding and ejecting movement. The material specifications include 芰90, 芰115, 芰135 and other briquettes. After the mold cylinder rotates 60 degrees, the auxiliary punch can be used to realize the material removal. After the belt is transported, it is manually packed. The machine's drive unit is equipped with a pneumatic clutch and a safety clutch, which greatly improves the service life of the equipment and is easy to operate and stable.
