Features of Underwater Pelletizing Machinery
The output from underwater pelletizing is higher than traditional methods, and the plastic granules are more uniform in shape. The screw is made of high tool steel 38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2 with special heat treatment, offering excellent corrosion resistance and performance.

Euro-style rectangular barrel with optimized reflux refrigeration channels ensures a smaller temperature difference in D areas. High-quality nitrided steel is used, providing corrosion resistance and friction reduction through appropriate processing.
The Pelletor can operate using underwater, water, or air ring cutting methods, or a combination of these. Customizable options ensure ease of operation, high processing performance, and superior product quality.

Various metering feeders are available, including single screw, twin screw, hollow screw, forced feeding, and side feeding. A new parallel three-axis drive system integrates conveyance, chain, deceleration, and torque, making it compact. Key bearings are imported, and lubrication is smooth with soaking and spraying methods. Tooth face strengthening ensures high torque, precision, and low noise. Drive components are made of premium materials like super alloy cementite steel, hardened, and ground.

Imported electrical elements, temperature control systems, and driving systems are used. Interlock and multi-protection features are included. An imported PLC (OMRON or SIMES) is adopted for optimized process control, offering strong functionality, stable performance, and high accuracy. Full-set link-lock protection, trouble safeguard, and fault alarm functions are also available. The touch screen interface is visual, clear, and easy to use.

Application
TSE-75 Co-rotating twin screw plastic extruder pelletizing machine is suitable for various masterbatch and compounds. It is ideal for intensified compounds such as PP, PA, PBT, ABS, AS, PC, POM, PPS, ET combined with glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc. Filling masterbatch includes PE, PP, EVA with CaCO3, Talc, TiO2, Carbon black, etc. Color masterbatch involves PE, ABS, PS, EVA, PET, PP with pigment. It is also applicable to various cables such as HDPE, LDPE, LLPE, EVA, PVC, PP, etc.
