Features of Underwater Pelletizing Machinery
The underwater pelletizing system offers higher output compared to traditional methods, and produces more uniform plastic granules. The screw is made from high-quality tool steel (38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2) with special heat treatment, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The Euro-style rectangular barrel features an optimized reflux cooling channel, ensuring a smaller temperature difference in the D areas. High-quality nitrided steel is used for the material, offering corrosion resistance and friction reduction through appropriate processes.

The Pelletor can operate using underwater, water, or air ring cutting methods, or a combination of these. It provides flexible solutions, ease of operation, high processing performance, and superior product quality. Various metering feeders are available, including single screw, twin screw, hollow screw, forced feeding, and side feeding. The new parallel three-axis drive design integrates the conveyor axis, chain, deceleration, and torque into a compact unit, with key bearings imported for reliability.

Soakage and spray lubrication systems work smoothly together. The tooth face strengthening process ensures high torque, precision, and low noise. The drive components are made from premium materials, such as super alloy cementite steel, which undergoes cementation and grinding for enhanced performance. The control cabinet includes imported electrical elements, temperature control systems, and driving systems, along with interlock and multi-protection features. An imported PLC (OMRON or SIMES) is used for optimized process control, offering strong functionality, stable performance, and high accuracy. The touch screen interface is intuitive and user-friendly.

Application
The TSE-75 co-rotating twin screw extruder pelletizing machine is suitable for various masterbatches and compounds, including reinforced compounds (PP/PA/PBT/ABS/AS/PC/POM/PPS/ET + glass fiber, carbon fiber), filling masterbatches (PE/PP/EVA + CaCO3, Talc, TiO2, Carbon black), color masterbatches (PE/ABS/PS/EVA/PET/PP + pigment), and various cables (HDPE/LDPE/LLPE/EVA/PVC/PP).
