In 2014, SKF's “Just with the World” Hope Project Youth Football Invitational Tournament, SKF made friends with football, strengthened the body and realized the concept of football dreams from Hubei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Anhui, Sichuan. In Ningxia, Chongqing, Yunnan, Xinjiang, and Shaanxi, a total of 10 children in rural poverty-stricken areas in central and western China developed sports activities. Through the success of the event, SKF (China) Co., Ltd. won the honor of “Hope Project 25 Years Outstanding Contribution Award”. This event has always been an important part of SKF's “Caring for Love”, and we will further implement the commitment to the Chinese market with a platform of 'with the world'. “There is a contract with the world” is SKF’s pre-match regional qualifier for the “Göteborg Cup”, which aims to further expand the “Götborg Cup” platform. The team that won in the qualifiers was sponsored by SKF to participate in the "Göteborg Cup" and to visit the city of Gothenburg, Sweden for free. SKF is responsible for the business organization of each country and sponsors the “Joint World” youth football championship. In 2014, a total of 25 teams from 24 countries including China, Indonesia, Brazil and Russia, with the support of SKF, dreamed of Sweden.

"There is a contract with the world" in China

SKF China has started its event in China since the launch of the “Meet the World” project in 2007. So far, "about the world" has provided opportunities for more than 80 children in more than 80 teams to participate in competitions and make friends. A total of 11 teams represented China in the Swedish "Göteborg Cup" competition. In 2008, Shanghai Cao Yang Second Women's Team won the 17-year-old championship in the "Götborg Cup" final.

“There is a contract with the world” in the regional competition from the beginning of China to the national competition in 2010. In 2011, SKF began working with the China Youth Development Foundation to support children in poor areas to develop sports. In 2012, SKF continued to work intensively with the China Youth Development Foundation to set up a “Skefu’ and the World’s Hope Project Youth Sports Fund” and officially named the game as SKF (SKF). The world has a "Hope Project Youth Soccer Invitational Tournament." In 2013, the “Contract with the World” project started from the depth and breadth of the previous successful experience, and opened a “soccer lesson” at the joint Beijing Sports University.

Volunteer support activities also invited SKF dealers to participate in the sponsorship to further enrich the project; in the same year, a total of 20 rural primary school football teams from 19 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions participated.

Gothenburg Cup

The Gothenburg Cup World Youth Soccer Championship is the world's largest football league for young people between the ages of 11 and 19, aiming to create a platform for young people without gender, social background, culture, colour and religion. SKF is an important partner in this event. In terms of scale of participation, the Gothenburg Cup is Sweden's largest annual event and the world's largest youth football league. In 2014, 1,600 teams from 80 countries participated in the competition, setting a new record for 2013. In terms of international participation, there are few invitational tournaments in the world that rival the Gothenburg Cup. More than half of the teams come from abroad and are the world's youth football matches. Since its inception in 1975, millions of participants from 139 countries have competed in Gothenburg.
