Chicago 3-11 Alarm fire, 8/26/15

Wednesday’s 3-11 alarm fire at 1610 N. Wells Street in Chicago left quite an impression. This is what Josh Boyajian had to share: "Caught some images from the incident last night. Here's a quick look at what it was like." Attached are several photos capturing the intense firefighting effort. The first image shows firefighters skillfully maneuvering a tower ladder to combat the flames. Another shot highlights Chicago Fire Engine 42 arriving at the scene, ready for action. There’s also a picture where firefighters are seen using both a tower ladder and a Snorkel to tackle the blaze from multiple angles. One particularly striking image flips the perspective, showcasing firefighters working hard against the fire while positioned on ladders. In another, you can see Chicago FD Truck 3 parked strategically at the scene, adding to the coordinated response. The dedication of these firefighters is evident in every frame, as they work tirelessly under challenging conditions. For those interested in seeing more, Josh mentioned there’s a full gallery available. It’s moments like these that remind us of the bravery and professionalism displayed by our local firefighters. Stay safe out there! [Note: All photos credited to Josh Boyajian]
