Working fire in Cicero, 1-27-16

Cicero had a serious fire at 5346 W 23rd Place on Wednesday morning. Firefighters from Engine 2, Truck 1, and Truck 2 responded to a one-and-a-half story wood-frame structure with heavy fire showing on the first floor. The crews made an aggressive attack, pushing up to the second floor where fire was hidden in the attic and knee walls. Engine 2 had three lines deployed, and both Truck 1 and 2 had their main lines in place. Here are some photos taken about 10 minutes into the incident.
