The first set of “Ocean Work Platform Mooring Automatic Positioning System†independently developed by Nantong Liwei Machinery Co., Ltd., passed the identification of new products and new technologies in Jiangsu Province in February 2012. The appraisal committee consists of experts from CSIC 708 Research Institute, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, and Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. The system is composed of 12 sets of rated tension force of 150T, capacity of 2700 meters mooring positioning winch and constant tension electric automatic control system, pneumatic and hydraulic control. Technology-intensive products provide technical equipment for China's marine development and national defense construction, and will play an important role in promoting the localization of China's marine and shipbuilding industry.
1. The overall design of the system is reasonable, the structure is tight, the automation procedure is high, the detection and control system is perfect, safe and reliable, and it is suitable for offshore platforms such as lifting, pipe laying, salvage, drilling, wind power installation.
2. The result has independent intellectual property rights and realizes technological innovation: (1) Adopting pseudo-differential feedback control technology to ensure the stability and accuracy of the mooring automatic positioning constant tension control system; (2) Developing a special form of rope groove winding structure It improves the stress state of the wire rope and prolongs the service life; (3) adopts the double-spiral twin-screw rope rope structure to meet the requirements of rapid release of the wire rope, (4) The automatic tension adjustment system developed to realize the linkage operation of multiple mooring winches .

The system was sent to Yantai CIMC Raffles Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd. in March 2012 for installation and use of the semi-submersible offshore platform project.
Saline injector can evenly inject the brine and salt auxiliary materials into the meat blocks, which can shorten the pickling time and greatly enhance the taste and yield of the meat products. The machine can be adjusted with stepping rate, stepping distance, injecting interval and injection pressure according to the technological requirements. Then the brine and salt auxiliary materials can be injected into the meat evenly and continually to reach the optimal effects.
