From the third end of the loader's tail-linking lane, every 3 meters is a pair of hook-and-hook rooting points (hole depth 400mm), marked with red paint, so that the anchor bolts can be opened, and the bolts should not be less than 300mm. This section is drilled in this way to hang the cable.

6. In order to make the hanging fixtures not fall, install a pair of hooks around the root of the wire rope every 12m. The lighting of the upper and lower leveling sections is installed at the top of the road.

Third, anchor construction safety measures

4. The anchoring agent must be stirred evenly, and the mixing time is 30~40 seconds.

6. The wind hammer drill or anchor drill must be operated by four people. One person operates the machine. One person observes the top plate and replaces the drill rod. One person manages the wind and water pipes. One person pulls the drill with a rope to prevent the drill from standing unstable and falling from the inclined lane. Injury accident.

7. When adding or removing the drill rod, it must be ensured that the direction of the drill rod is consistent with the direction of the drill hole. When the drill rod is removed, it must be dismounted with a wrench. When the drill rod is removed, the person stands on the side of the eye position to prevent the drill rod from slipping and hurting people.

8. The eye-catching work should be carried out strictly according to the design of the eye position and angle. At the same time, the drill pipe should be marked to ensure the depth of the eye.

9. When bolting the eye, prepare the complete set of drill pipe in strict accordance with the regulations, and ensure that the direction of the drill pipe is consistent with the drilling direction.

10. Before installing the anchor rod, the eye hole must be blown off with the pressure air. When the pressure is opened, it is strictly forbidden to stand in front of the nozzle, and the nozzle should not be aimed at the person.

11. For the installation of anchoring agent, the specifications and model of the anchoring agent must be checked and it is not allowed to be used indiscriminately. The damaged drug pack should be disposed of in time, and the resin pack is strictly prohibited from contacting the open flame.

12. Before each shift, the mechanic must inspect and repair the anchor and wind hammer to replenish the oil to ensure that the equipment is in good condition.

Fourth, lighting system installation

1. First, the electrical equipment is in place according to the design requirements.

2, cable laying according to design

1) The cable test complies with the regulations, the cable appearance is not twisted, the rust prevention measures are good, the insulation resistance 660V circuit is not lower than 5MΩ, and the 127V circuit is not lower than 0.5 MΩ.

2) The cable hook installation specifications and spacing are in accordance with the design, and it is neat, beautiful and firm, and the cable hook spacing should not exceed 1 meter.

3) Cable laying should be laid in strict accordance with the specifications and paths of the design. The cable and equipment are tightly connected and the wiring components are complete.

3, grounding system installation

1) using the ground line 40 × 4 galvanized flat iron, trunk mains lap length is not less than 80 mm, galvanized bolt connection.

2) The auxiliary grounding adopts a rubber cable of not less than 10mm? and is connected to the auxiliary grounding pole.

3) All electrical equipment enclosures are reliably grounded and have a grounding resistance of no more than 2 ohms.

4. In the wind flow at the working place, within 20M near the motor or its switch installation location, the gas concentration in the wind flow reaches 0.5%. The power must be cut off, the work must be stopped, the personnel should be evacuated, and the treatment should be carried out. The power supply should be cut off if the concentration of the gas exceeds the regulations. The electrical equipment must be energized when the gas concentration drops below the specified value, and the gas concentration should be detected within 20 meters before and after the winch.

5, mechanical and electrical equipment to prevent explosion, loss of insurance, prohibition of electrified maintenance, relocation of electrical equipment; maintenance and relocation of electrical equipment must be cut off the previous level of power, switch to stop position and lock, and hang "some people work, no electricity transmission "The blackout card, and there is a special person to care; stop the transmission must be processed in advance, and approved by the relevant units before proceeding.

6. Newly installed ZBZ-4 lighting integrated protection switch, the switch should be put on the shelves. It is required to be placed smoothly. The switch seal ring meets the requirements, and the unused bell mouth should be blocked.

7. Install 1 set of lighting every 15 meters, and install 1 set of lighting every 12 meters near the alley. The load cable required to enter and exit the luminaire is left with a margin of 200 mm. The bell mouth should be down.

8. The illumination lamps in each lighting circuit should be equally divided into three-phase circuits. The lighting cable ground wire should be connected to the lamp grounding terminal.

9. The lighting line is extended by 6.2mm wire rope and fixed on the wire rope with a nylon cable tie every 1 meter. The luminaires are hung straight and must not be skewed.

10. The idle bell of the last lamp should be sealed according to the standard.

11. When renovating the cable from the third port of the tail end of the loader, it must be standardized according to the cable. When rectifying, it should be completed from top to bottom, and the remaining cable will be left to the end of the loader. Remove the original cable hook and replace it with a new quad cable hook. After the cable is rectified, the illuminator is fastened to the outside of the cable hook with a nylon cable tie.

Five, paint anti-corrosion safety technical measures:

1. Clean the pipeline before construction, prepare different colors of paint and debug it according to different pipelines.

2. Place two effective dry powder fire extinguishers at each location where the paint is stored.

3. Prepare tools such as shovel and brush for painting, sprinkle water and dust around the painting site, clean up the debris within 20 meters of the construction site and carry out safety warning.

4, the paint must be stored in a cool, ventilated place, and ensure a good seal.

5, the painter wears the necessary labor protection to prevent the paint from splashing into the eyes and nose and mouth.

6. Before painting, the surface of the pipeline should be cleaned of dirt, grease, rust, and painted surface. The thickness of the paint film and the number of coatings should meet the design requirements: the paint layer is complete, no leakage coating and damage, and the paint film is covered firmly. No bubbles, no peeling, wrinkles, pinholes and other defects, uniform paint layer, consistent color, no dripping.

7. Carrying paint must be in original drums and cannot be carried in other containers.

8, paint, solvent handling must be handled with care.

9, because the paint is volatile and fat-soluble, if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable when painting, you should immediately go to a well-ventilated place to avoid suffocation and poisoning accidents.

10. Anti-corrosion work must be operated by anti-corrosion workers. Anti-corrosion workers should be familiar with the paint, solvent ratio and fire protection knowledge.

12, the operation of electrical equipment must be certified to work, and to achieve "one person operation, one person supervision."

13. Strictly implement the system of power transmission and stoppage of Zhangji Mine. It is necessary to apply for an operation one day in advance. The power card must be suspended after the power failure. Before and after the stop and power transmission, it is necessary to report to the mine dispatching, and only after consent is allowed to operate.

14. It is strictly forbidden to wear chemical fiber clothes to go down the well. It is strictly forbidden to bring fire, cigarettes or other dangerous goods into the well.

15. Strictly implement the explosion-proof regulations of coal mines. Use qualified seals, baffles and retaining rings during construction. Unused device bells should be sealed as standard. Equipment wiring and cable head production should be standardized and beautiful.

16. The waste materials in the construction should be stored in a centralized manner and raised.

17. After the completion of each class of work, it is necessary to complete the work, clear the materials, and clean the site to achieve civilized construction.

18. When the comprehensive protection switch is checked, the application for the shipment will be assisted by the mine-balanced winch owner.

18. Before the explosion-proof lamps and lighting cables are hung, the appearance is cleaned up.

19. During the hanging process, live working is strictly prohibited.

20, installation and preparation of a team must have a deputy captain or more leaders to follow the class.
