Acrylic five-effect evaporation vacuum pump was successfully transformed

Daqing Petrochemical Company Acrylic Fiber Factory completed the installation and transformation of the five-effect evaporation B-line vacuum pump, and all the indicators have reached the design requirements, saving 444,100 yuan per year compared to the original vacuum pump.

Acrylic production requires a five-stage evaporation of the sodium thiocyanate recovered from the production system. There are two systems for the production of five-effect evaporation: A-line and B-line. The B-line vacuum pump of this plant is Japan Seiko SW-300S vacuum pump. The designed maximum displacement is 198 cubic meters per hour, the rated power is 15 kilowatts, and the working fluid flow rate is 3.5 cubic meters per hour. Due to the old structure and low efficiency of the pump, failures have frequently occurred in recent years, resulting in many unplanned parking.

After technological transformation, the newly designed 2BV6111-0H vacuum pump has a design maximum displacement of 230 cubic meters per hour, a rated power of 5.5 kilowatts, and a working fluid flow rate of 0.5 cubic meters per hour. Under the premise of guaranteeing the production progress, the pump consumes less power, consumes less working fluid, discharges less waste water, and reduces the amount of sewage treatment, which is more conducive to energy saving and emission reduction of the device.
