Whether the rectifier bridge is broken or not, is the insurance intact?
If the "self-checking" switch can be turned on, you should check one by one:
1. Whether the SBC operation is valid or not, it can be verified by “manual frequency conversion”.
2. Whether the high-frequency power is forcibly shut down by the single board machine, and the operation “standby, block, D” on the panel should be able to make the “high frequency” display light on the panel bright and dark.
3, whether there is still high-frequency switch relay action.

If the observation is not fine, often make another mistake, that is, the high frequency of the WEDM machine has been short-circuited or the pulse amplifier has not been opened all the way, but because there is no spark discharge or the frequency conversion circuit does not go, there is no high frequency. This is also to pay attention.
