·Jianda Tianjin Company launched VOCs governance project
Recently, Jianda Rubber (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. decided to start the VOCs governance project. The specific implementation unit of the project is the vulcanization section of the first and second plants of Jianda Rubber (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. It is reported that these two factories are located in Tianjin Jinghai Economic Development Zone. Among them, the vulcanization section of the production tire of the first factory is divided into 6 zones, and a total of 6 sets of gas collecting hoods are set to collect organic waste gas. The vulcanization section of the second tire production is divided into two production lines, and each production line is provided with a set of gas collecting hoods. The organic waste gas from the two plants is collected by the gas collecting hood and then led to the corresponding “pretreatment tower + dehumidifier + low temperature plasma device + catalytic oxidation device†for treatment, and discharged through the 15m exhaust pipe at high altitude. After the project is completed, it will effectively reduce the emission of VOCs and reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.
