"This year plans to acquire 50,000 tons of straw for power generation. It is expected that the demand will reach 200,000 tons next year." On June 9, Hu Mingchao, assistant general manager of the company, told reporters that as the first straw power plant built in our city, Tunxi Puzheng Material Power Generation Co., Ltd. installed the advanced feeding equipment for the whole furnace in the province, which can greatly improve the work efficiency and consolidate the scientific support of straw turning waste into treasure.
“The purchase price of 1 ton of wheat straw is 280 yuan, and 1 ton of wheat straw is produced per 4 mu of land, which is equivalent to 70 yuan of income for 1 mu of wheat straw; 14 million tons of wheat straw is required to invest 14 million yuan, but it can generate electricity. 30 million degrees, the price of 1 kWh is 0.75 yuan, the output value of enterprises can reach 22.5 million yuan, and the profit is 8.5 million yuan, which is very impressive." Hu Mingchao said.
“As the scale of production expands, what we are worried about now is that there is not enough straw as raw material. Because there are other companies around the company that are also buying wheat straw, everyone is 'grabbing goods'.” Previously, these wheat straws did not have a “out of the way”. Most of the villagers chose to burn on the spot, which has no income and pollutes the environment. At the same time, it poses great challenges to the ban on straw burning. Nowadays, these former "burdens" have turned into "babies" in the blink of an eye, and even in short supply have become the "hot goods" of enterprises.
In recent years, Suixi County has been looking for a "outlet" for straw, so that the work of prohibiting burning becomes "blocking" as "sparse". In March 2015, the Luxi County Government and Shanghai Pudong Development (Group) Co., Ltd. signed an investment license agreement, and the Shanghai Pudong Development Group Co., Ltd. was registered and established. In November of the same year, the material power generation project in Luxipu was approved by the Anhui Provincial Energy Bureau. It was selected in Baisong Town, Baishan Town, covering an area of ​​247 acres. It is planned to be put into trial operation in September 2017.
The total investment of the material power generation project in Luxipu is 310 million yuan. The direct-fired power generation is carried out with agricultural and forestry biomass as fuel, supporting related flue gas purification and sewage treatment facilities. The annual operation is 7000 hours, the power generation is 210 million kWh, and biomass fuel is consumed. Up to 350,000 tons. After the project is completed, 70 jobs will be directly provided.
Hu Mingchao told reporters that the project settled in Baishan Town, mainly due to convenient transportation, abundant straw resources and good services. Since the start of the project, the owner and the construction unit have cooperated closely to speed up the construction progress. At present, the comprehensive building with a total area of ​​6,500 square meters and boilers, cooling towers and chimneys have been completed, the main equipment is being installed, commissioning can be completed in August, and production can be started in September.
“After the project is put into operation, it can consume 300,000 tons of biomass fuel such as wheat straw, bark, branches, corn stover and chaff every year. In addition to its own use, it can contribute 210 million kWh of electricity to the country every year, and realize profits and taxes of 80 million yuan. Hu Mingchao said that the project will help to develop circular economy, clean the environment and save energy and reduce emissions through the collection of agricultural and forestry waste resources, power generation and ash recycling.
