Insulation resistance tester current leakage will produce the following problems:
1. When the current passes through the insulating layer, heat is generated, which deteriorates the insulating layer until the final insulation fails, and a fire hazard may occur.
2. Leakage current must be returned to the source and it will return to the source through any available conductor, line, pipe, water, or ground. This unfavorable current can generate dangerous voltages.
3, leakage current is inefficient. Currents leaking through the insulation do not drive the motor, light or heat, but they still consume.
4. Insulation resistance tester leakage current will cause the overcurrent protection device to trip, causing the motor and transformer to overheat. Working principle
Vibrating Feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor. The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged.
