Jinan Languang "Heat Seal Tester" New Product Launched

Recently, an expert acceptance meeting of the “HTT-L1 Heat Sealing Force Tester” project undertaken by Jinan Languang Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. undertaken by the Tianqiao District Science and Technology Development Program was held. The acceptance was organized by the Technical Bureau of Tianqiao District, Jinan City. Six experts from Shandong University and Shandong University of Construction jointly conducted a strict acceptance of the project.

At the meeting, the project team fully reported on the R&D process, technical research, and projected economic benefits of the heat seal tension tester, and gave detailed answers to the technical inquiries presented by the participating experts. The expert group unanimously believes that the digital temperature control system and the four test functions of heat-seal, heat-seal, peeling, and tensile-strength of the heat seal tension tester can perform peeling and stretching while fully simulating the heat-sealing technology of flexible packaging and filling line. The test helps enterprises to effectively evaluate the rationality of packing materials and strengthen the pre-control of “breaking bag accidents”, thereby reducing the various costs of pollution disposal, line-stopping, and re-production caused by packaged bag breakages, with good economy and Social benefits. The innovative points of the project are innovative, practical, material complete, and detailed and reliable data. The technical indicators have reached the expected requirements and meet the acceptance criteria. The members of the expert group unanimously agreed to be passed.

The introduction of this instrument has broken the gap in the detection rate of domestic packaging bag breaking rate. At present, the instrument has been applied by large-scale packaging companies in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, and Zhejiang.
