China officially opened the first international standard for machine tools

In mid-October 2012, the first working group meeting of PT60204-34 of the 44th Technical Committee of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC/TC44) was held in Beijing. Experts from the IEC 60204-34 working group from the United States, Germany, Spain, South Korea, Japan, and China A total of 25 delegates and special representatives attended the meeting. The successful convening of the conference marked the official start of the first international standard project for machine tools in China.
At the meeting, the experts’ representatives carried out the “NWIP 60204-34 voting results report†and “74 voicing opinion processing of IEC/44/659/RVN documents†and other agendas, and determined the IEC 60204-34 work group work plan and discussed Proposed IEC 44/649/NP and draft IEC 60204-34 working group.
