Meanwhile, the collected dust is directed into a recycling pool for reuse. For the coke pushing process, the dust is captured through a dust collection pipe connected to a dust hood on the coke catching car. It is then channeled into the water-sealed trough and the main dust collection pipeline, eventually reaching the gravity dust collector at the ground station and then the bag filter. After purification, clean air is released, while the dust is recycled again. This system not only reduces the need for flap valves (saving approximately 2 million yuan in investment), but also simplifies operations and eliminates air leakage entirely. On-site testing has shown that the dust capture rate for the coal loading and coking process using this technology reaches between 95% and 99%, with a smoke elimination and purification rate of up to 99%.
