As the material enters the crushing chamber, it is first struck by the high-speed rotating ring hammers, which impart significant kinetic energy to the material. The impacted particles are then thrown at high speed toward the crush plate, where they undergo secondary crushing. After that, the material falls onto the screen plate, where it is further broken down by the rolling and shearing action of the ring hammers. Finally, the crushed material passes through the sieve, with the size of the output particles determined by the pore size of the sieve plate used. Any uncrushed debris is directed into the collector for further processing or disposal.
