Cable Granulator for Sale General IntroductionThis copper wire recycling machine is used for recycling scrap copper wires and cables, such as automobile wires, telecommunication wires, and other types of copper wires, in order to recover copper. Copper Separator Machine Working Process:1. Put wires and cables into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath and copper are separated completely. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the riddle: the larger the mesh, the longer the crushed material will be, and the higher the output. The mesh should be selected based on the type of material during production.
2. The crushed material (a mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator via the conveyor. During this process, dust and some lightweight plastic pieces (including fibers, ropes, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The opening of the pressure-reducing blower is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust discharge for environmental protection. Dust and some lightweight plastic pieces are collected in this bag and will be discharged when the bag is full.
3. The separator is used for separating plastic pieces and copper granules. Based on the differences in physical properties and specific gravity between different materials, there is a deviation in specific gravity under the forces of aerodynamics and vibration friction. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the riddle and move from bottom to top, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move to the top of the copper granules and move from top to bottom. In the end, both are discharged through separate openings.
4. All units are installed on the Underbed to form a whole structure. The machine is adjusted and ready for production before shipping, and the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply.
