Waste cables or wires are transformed into plastic and copper pellets through this process. The mixed material (plastic and copper) moves in a wave-like motion on the vibrating screen mesh surface. With airflow and screen box shock excitation, the cable jacket and core wire are separated, producing copper particles, plastic pellets, and mixed materials from different outlets. Magnetic suction captures metal, while dust is collected via an air pipe.
All operations are controlled by a PLC program, allowing one-button start and stop. The operation interface video displays the working condition of key parts, and any machine errors are shown on the screen for quick troubleshooting.
This system is easy to operate and maintain, achieving a separation purity of up to 99.9%. Production capacity ranges from 200 kg to 5000 kg per hour.

3. Packaging & Shipping:
The electrical control cabinet and some precision parts are packed in wooden boxes; other machines are placed on wooden pallets and wrapped in plastic film.

5. Delivery Time (Lead Time):
12–14 weeks after receipt of the down payment.
6. Warranty
26 months from the customs clearance date at the buyer’s country port, excluding blades, screens, and other wearing parts. Equipment failure due to improper operation is not covered under warranty. We provide all spare parts at cost price for the entire life of the machine.
