It offers four material options: all stainless steel 304, 316, contact parts made of SUS 304, or carbon steel Q235A.
The voltage can be customized, with available options including 220/240/380/415/450V and frequencies of 50 or 60HZ.

Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

This machine uses a vertical motor with eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, acting as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers change the rotation path into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movement, which is then transferred to the sieve surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights allows you to control the trajectory of the materials on the sieve.
