The new parallel three-axis drive system combines conveying axis, chain, deceleration, and torque, making it compact and reliable. Key bearings are imported, ensuring smooth operation. Soaking and spraying lubrication systems work seamlessly together. The gear teeth are hardened to ensure high torque, precision, and low noise.
The drive components are made from high-quality materials, such as super alloy cementite steel, and are treated through cementation and grinding. The control cabinet has a frame structure, and all electrical elements, temperature control systems, and driving systems are imported. The system includes interlock and multi-protection functions, using imported PLCs (OMRON or SIMES) for precise process control.
