The NYP series internal gear pump is a new type of positive displacement pump designed to meet the requirements of various industries such as petroleum, chemical, paint, medicine, and food. It is suitable for a wide range of media with different properties and viscosities due to its special structure and the selection of appropriate materials.

(1) Working Principle
The driving gear (external rotor) with internal teeth drives the internal rotor, which turns in the same direction within the fully closed pump body. The pump casting and crescent-shaped front cover separate the inlet from the outlet. As it rotates, negative pressure forms at the suction port, drawing the liquid in and carrying it to the outlet by the rotor. When the gears mesh, the liquid is expelled through the discharge port, completing the transportation process.
(2) Structural Features
Components include the internal rotor, external rotor, shaft, pump body, front cover, seal, and bearings. The pump uses either packing seal or mechanical seal. For high-temperature, high-viscosity, or corrosive media, a packing seal is recommended. When handling crystalline materials, a heat-insulating jacket can be added to the pump body and front cover to melt the medium using steam during operation. The pump set includes the pump, motor, and base plate, with belt or coupling drive options. The rotation direction is clockwise from the motor end.
