SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) has launched three new Industry Collections, offering a more flexible and streamlined way for users to access essential Autodesk software tailored to specific industries.

"We've fully transitioned to a subscription model, and our customers are looking for value, flexibility, and easy access to our tools," said Andrew Anagnost, Senior Vice President at Autodesk. "Industry Collections give them the freedom to choose exactly what they need, when they need it."

The new collections are now available for subscription and include:

  • Architecture, Engineering & Construction Collection – A powerful BIM solution for building and infrastructure projects. Key tools include Revit, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Product Design Collection – A comprehensive set of design and engineering tools for product and factory development. It includes Inventor Professional, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and Fusion 360 for cloud-based design.
  • Media & Entertainment Collection – A full 3D animation toolkit for visual effects artists and game developers. This collection features Maya and 3ds Max, among others.

These collections offer continuous access to the latest software updates, flexible subscription terms, enhanced cloud services, technical support, and administrative tools. For more specialized needs, customers can also subscribe to individual products or cloud-based services like simulation or data management.

While Autodesk will no longer sell its previous Design & Creation suites, existing subscribers with active maintenance plans will continue to receive updates and support.
