Description

Our company is the supplier for producing the plastic extruder machine and related products. The main parts of the machine contain single screw extruder, Mould,forming tank, oven box and haul off machine, and the oven box is unique design by ourselves, the heating temperature and operation are more stable.

PVC door carpet extruder machine is used to produce PVC embossing floor mats. The range Thickness of mat is between 1.5mm~4mm.

 

Extruder machine Process flow

Plastic raw material and additive → mixing → spring feeding → single screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker

 

Applications

Final PVC floor mats products are widely used in hotel,restaurant,office building,stadium,airport,kindergarten and as car interior decoration etc.
