Our battery case molds are designed to meet international standards and are made with high-quality materials such as P20 and 718 for core and cavity, and 45# steel for the base. The mold life ranges between 800,000 to 1,000,000 shots, ensuring long-term durability and performance.
We also offer both hot runner and cold runner systems, along with pin-point gates and hot runner direct gates for optimal part quality. The molds are customized according to client specifications, and we support multiple cavity configurations, including single or multi-cavity options.
The sample lead time is typically between 60 to 70 days, and all products are manufactured in Taizhou, China. Our molds are branded under REMO and comply with international standards, with HS code 84807190.
