New ethylene recycling technology has good energy saving effect

After the pre-fractionation unit, the ethylene-rich gas was successfully incorporated into the corresponding ethylene production unit, and the entire system has been operating stably for 15 months. According to estimates, the successful application of this technology can save about 120,000 tons of chemical light oil for the production of ethylene every year, and increase the efficiency of 150 million yuan for enterprises.
It is reported that the two-stage pressure swing adsorption concentrated catalytic cracking dry gas ethylene and other components to recover the refinery ethylene resources complete industrialization technology, compared with the cryogenic method and oil absorption method, with less investment, low consumption, right now There is an advantage that the ethylene device has a small influence. At the project appraisal meeting of Yanshan Petrochemical “recycling refinery ethylene resource complete industrialization technology” just organized by Sinopec Group Company, experts commented that the technology is the first in China and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level. As the technology meets the needs of resource recycling and recycling economy, experts recommend speeding up the application.
According to reports, the proprietary adsorbent for the recovery of ethylene and ethane in catalytic cracking dry gas developed by this technology has large dynamic adsorption capacity and long service life; high selectivity, high activity deoxidizer and high olefin low temperature regeneration dehydration The desiccant meets the recycling process requirements. This technology also avoids the possible risks of nitrogen oxides for the safe production of ethylene plants.
