Working principle The motor drives the impeller to rotate after being decelerated by the reducer. After the slurry is fed into the ore cylinder in a tangential direction, the slurry falls uniformly along the periphery of the ore supply to the rotating impeller. Due to the combined action of centrifugal force, gravity, rising hydraulic force and mechanical stirring force, the slurry is rotated around the inside of the cylindrical sieve at a certain angular velocity, and the fine particles in the slurry pass through the sieve hole to be discharged under the sieve; the coarse particles and inclusions therein The fine-grained portion falls from the inside of the cylindrical sieve into the cone. During the falling of the material, it is subjected to the rising water introduced into the cone, so that the fine-grained portion thereof rises through the guide tube into the impeller interlayer and enters the inside of the cylindrical sieve. 4. Industrial test
