The method of inspection and exclusion is: first check the gas in the gas cylinder too low. If the pressure of the gas cylinder does not reach the specified value after the engine is started for a few minutes, the brake pedal of the suction truck can be used to check. When you relax the brake pedal, if you can hear a clear brake valve exhaust sound, indicating that the system pressure is normal, and the barometer is faulty. If the barometer is good, it indicates that the air compressor is defective or the pipe is leaking. The air compressor does not pump air. In addition to the air compressor itself, the compressor belt is too loose or the oil may cause slippage. It should be checked and eliminated. The pressure of the air reservoir should normally be checked for the free travel of the brake pedal of the suction truck. When the brake pedal is pressed to the end, the air pressure in the brake air chamber should be 4-5 kg. When the air pressure is insufficient, use the brake control valve adjustment screw to adjust.
