BZW-07 is a semi-automatic machine designed for processing the union of multiple wires with special linked copper tape terminals. The progress of cutting, forming and pressing is finished at one time in a super mute, fast and free waste materials way. After the special riveting processing, the copper terminal is more stronger and stable quality.Â

High efficiency: With an ecofriendly design, causing low noise and power saving. BW-07 has wider height adjusting range, higher precision for adjustment, which results in saving time in adjusting the pressing height. It does not work with cold welding and air pollution; It is replaced with traditional tin welding method which is the most efficient way to pass all kinds of safe specification test (UL, JIS).Â
High Precision: We use advanced frequency converter, frequency converting motor control, equipped with high precision imported approaching switch and reducer to obtain high precision and fast operating, precise materials feeding and high efficiency.Â
Easy to use: Easy to operate with the use of a pedal. The pressing height could be adjusted directly on the operating panel.Â
