1. No blowing pipe - easy for maintenance The CNX Series mobile welding smoke purifier is equipped with high-efficiency filter cartridges as the main filtration element. Unlike conventional filter materials, these cartridges feature a surface layer of PTFE membrane, which significantly improves filtration performance and durability. Traditional filter materials such as cotton, cotton satin, or paper have fiber sizes ranging from 5 to 60 microns. As smoke passes through, fine dust particles can penetrate the material, leading to clogging and reduced efficiency over time. When blockage becomes severe, the resistance increases, airflow decreases, and the purification effect declines rapidly if not properly maintained. Our advanced filter technology uses a PTFE membrane that effectively blocks submicron particles. These particles are trapped on the surface of the filter, forming a dust layer that prevents them from entering the internal structure. This allows for efficient cleaning using compressed air, ensuring consistent performance and longer service life. Compared to traditional filters, our PTFE-based material offers at least 3 to 5 times higher filtration efficiency and twice the lifespan. This makes it ideal for harsh industrial environments where high-quality air purification is essential. Usage Scenarios The system includes a universal aspiration arm, high-temperature resistant vacuum hose, suction hood (with an adjustable air volume valve), flame retardant high-efficiency filter media, pulse counter-blowing device, pulse solenoid valve, pressure differential gauge, clean room, activated carbon filters, heavy-duty ash drawer with brakes, flame-retardant materials, sound-absorbing cotton, casters, fan, ABB motor, and electrical cabinet, among other components. Working Principle The welding smoke enters through the exhaust inlet, guided by a centrifugal fan. A flame arrester is installed in the dust hood to block sparks. The smoke then moves into a sedimentation chamber, where larger particles fall directly into the ash hopper. Finer particles are captured on the outer surface of the filter. Clean air is then passed through the clean room and further purified by activated carbon before being discharged. Equipment Advantages 1.
