Features:

Our laser welding system uses a pulsed xenon lamp-pumped Nd:YAG laser crystal to emit a 1064nm wavelength laser. It features real-time control of laser power through energy feedback technology, allowing arbitrary waveform shaping for consistent and stable output. The system covers laser power from 200W to 600W, suitable for various applications in the precision welding industry. It is ideal for thin-walled materials and small parts, capable of spot, butt, stack, and sealing welding. With a high aspect ratio, narrow weld width, minimal heat-affected zone, and fast speed, it ensures high-quality, aesthetically pleasing welds without defects. The small focusing spot and high positioning accuracy make it easy to integrate into automated systems. Widely used in battery, IT, electronics, optical communication, sensor, hardware, automotive, mold repair, jewelry, eyewear, dental porcelain, solar, and electrical industries.
