General Information:
The shredding machine is a general-purpose shredder developed by our factory. It can effectively tear up most materials. Low energy consumption, high output, and easy to move. Users can choose different models based on the size of the material and processing requirements to achieve "limited resources, unlimited recovery." This series of shredders is commonly used for breaking down broken plastics, rubber, tires, nylon plastics, car bumpers, abandoned fishing nets, plastic pipes, fibers, paper, electrical components, cables, circuit boards, and wood.
Features:
1. The single shaft shredder is strong and durable, suitable for recycling various bulk solid materials, refractory materials, plastic containers, barrels, films, fibers, and paper. Shredded particles can be as small as 20mm depending on needs. We provide various feed hoppers and low-speed rotary cutters that are quiet and energy-efficient.
2. The single shaft shredder consists of a knife disc and a static knife. The cutter includes a base shaft and several quadrilateral knife blocks with four blades each. These blocks are arranged in a V-shape along the axis and fixed with screws. Two static knives are mounted on the frame. The material is fed via a horizontal hydraulic cylinder. The speed is stable and adjustable, and the propulsive force is large and uniform. It is ideal for recycling various bulk solids, refractory materials, irregular plastic containers, tubes, films, fibers, and paper. Spindle speed ranges from 45 to 100 rpm/min.
3. We offer various rotor configurations such as High Performance Rotor, Hard Material Rotor, and Soft and Film Rotor.
4. When selecting a rotor, we also provide different knife holders like Welded Knife Holders, Assembled Knife Holders, and CNC Cutting Knife Holders.
